Residential Plan Submittal Requirements

Plan submittal requirements vary, depending on the scope and scale of the project.

A small project can require as little as a one page hand drawn diagram or brief verbal description. For more complex projects, like a new home, a plot plan, floor plan and elevations are required. Please discuss your project with one of the Building Inspectors and they will let you know what is necessary for your project.
