All matters under Item VI Consent Agenda are considered to be routine and will be enacted by one motion.  There will be no separate discussion of these items.  If discussion is desired, that item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and will be considered separately under Steps 1 and 2 above.

A.     Approve the minutes of the January 24, 2006 Assembly Meeting

B.     Appoint F. Archie Nielson to a term on the Historic Preservation Committee (STA Seat)

I.         Authorize the administrator to sign the USDA Forest Service/Sitka Fire Department Cooperative Fire Control Agreement

J.      Award surplus vehicle bids to the following high bidders:  1) 86 Highway Sander #196 to S&S Contractors for $1,199.00 2) Car Flattener #203 to ABC Towing for $3,713.00 and 3) 95 Chevy Caprice #273 to Rick Richter for $1,190.99

L.      Accept the recommendations of the SCIP Board re: TAB's development plan, sale of approximately 6 acres, and revise or negotiate a new lease in accordance with SCIP proposal.

M.    Accept the recommendation of the SCIPB to not amend the Quest Agreement and issue the 45 day cure notice after March 1, 2006...

N.     Approve proceeding with Change Order #2 to the American Marine Contract with an upper limit of $250,000 re: install at Blue Lake Dam

O.    Approve an increase of $200,000 FY07 capital budget request Federal Energy Regulatory Commission re-licensing of Blue Lake Hydroelectric Project.

X.                 NEW BUSINESS:

P.     Ordinance 2006-03: Amending Subsection 1.24.040A of the SGC to increase the enhanced 911 Surcharge Inc amount from $.75 to $1.48 per month. (FIRST READING)
