A. Approve the minutes of the August 28, 2007 assembly meeting.

B. Re-appoint Gwen Lazzarini to a term on the Police and Fire Commission Patricia Alexander to a term on the Health Needs and Community Services Commission

C. Approve Exceptional Value Award for Excellence for Harrigan Centennial Hall employees: Don Kluting, Dave Patt, Kent Gibson, Matt Burrows and Donna Roles

D. 2007-15: A resolution authorizing the Municipal Administrator to apply to the AHFC through their NOFA for Pre-development Fund Grants in the amounts of $14,000 for Senior Housing and $12,500 for Family Housing
