1. Granite Creek - Authorize staff to explore "Pole Yard" for residential housing

2. Sheldon Jackson Uplands LID - Authorize work to develop street/utilities LID for Assembly approval

3. Jarvis Street - Authorize work to develop proposal for residential land development for Assembly approval

4. Indian River Subdivision - Authorize size control for four out of the ten lots for affordable housing
